Dear Magnolia Walk HOA Members

Spring Maintenance Season
Spring has arrived, marking the ideal time to refresh both the exterior and interior of our homes. Taking proactive steps now, especially with weed control, will help ensure our yards stay healthy. Applying antiweed treatments and fertilizers early can combat the seasonal growth of weeds.

Neighborhood Walk-Through
The HOA Board members will conduct a walk-through of the neighborhood the week of April 20th to identify areas that need attention. This review helps us uphold the standards outlined in our covenants, bylaws and guidelines, ensuring our community remains attractive and well-maintained.

Compliance and Enforcement
If your yard requires maintenance, you will receive a warning notice. Should the work not be completed within a reasonable time frame, a violation notice will follow. Further inaction may lead to additional measures from the HOA Board, which could include fines, suspension of HOA membership, a property lien, or referral to our contracted law firm for legal action.

Home Improvement Checklist
We encourage you to assess your property and address common maintenance tasks early. This may include:
·       Trimming trees, cutting back bushes
·       Power washing fences and driveways
·       Treating the lawn for weeds
·       Covering exposed ground and tree roots with mulch or pine straw,
·       Painting the house, staining or painting fences
·       Repairing or painting mailboxes, including pole.

Please be sure to check our HOA website for any warning notices that were issued during 2025. If you received a notice and the issue is not resolved, the matter will be classified as a violation that requires your immediate attention and correction. Prompt action is necessary to prevent any escalation of enforcement measures.

By working together as a community, we can keep Magnolia Walk looking its best and continue to support strong property values for all residents.

Architectural Changes
Pease remember that all proposed architectural changes must be approved by the HOA. An architectural change request form is required for any modifications. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to any of the HOA Board members.

We appreciate your cooperation and support and look forward to seeing our community thrive in the coming months.

Sincerely,

Magnolia Walk HOA Board of Directors
