Benches for the Courts

The Magnolia Walk HOA Board of Directors authorized the purchase of 6 convertible benches for the tennis courts. The new convertible benches are made of metal and will replace the old and deteriorating plastic benches. The benches can be converted into picnic tables. See pictures below. Four benches will be placed inside the tennis courts and the other two benches will be placed on the sidewalk outside the tennis courts. Please do not move or relocate the benches. Any questions, please feel free to contact any Board member and enjoy the benches.

Renters/Tenants Must be Registered with the HOA

Homeowners must register tenants and/or renters by January 31, 2023. Homeowners renting their homes or part of their homes, must ensure compliance with the HOA policy to register renters.
NOTICE - HOA ANNUAL DUES INCREASE

The Magnolia Walk Homeowners Association (“HOA”) is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and standards of our neighborhood for all homeowners. The Board must plan for future repairs, replacements, expenses, legal fees, etc. that may arise from managing the HOA. This objective is made possible through annual HOA dues and special assessments. Our HOA fees have historically been kept at the lowest level. The original annual HOA fee in 1999 was $500. Our current HOA dues are $625 annually. To account for inflation in maintaining current services and in planning for future expenses, in its meeting of December 4, 2022, the Board, in accordance with Article IV, Section 3. (a) of the Magnolia Walk Covenants, approved a proposal to increase the annual HOA dues by 10%.
