2026 Pool Opening

Dear Magnolia Walk HOA Members,
We are excited to announce that the community pool is now open for the 2026 summer season. The pool will be open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool is for use by dues paying members and their non-resident guests. Homeowners must be present at the pool with their guests. Please refer to “Pool Rules” for more information.

Spring Maintenance Season
Spring has arrived, marking the ideal time to refresh both the exterior and interior of our homes. Taking proactive steps now, especially with weed control, will help ensure our yards stay healthy. Applying antiweed treatments and fertilizers early can combat the seasonal growth of weeds.
Neighborhood Walk-Through
The HOA Board members will conduct a walk-through of the neighborhood the week of April 20th to identify areas that need attention. This review helps us uphold the standards outlined in our covenants, bylaws and guidelines, ensuring our community remains attractive and well-maintained.
