Dear Magnolia Walk HOA Member,
On August 3, 2026, Paul Vasquez visited the Gwinnett County Planning office to ask about the proposed
development plans for the parcel at 3122 Wildwood Road, located to the right of the
Magnolia Walk entrance. County staff reported that the required permits have been
approved and that a recent inspection, prompted by a Magnolia Walk complaint, found the
current development activity to be consistent with the approved permit. More details ......

2026 Pool Opening

Dear Magnolia Walk HOA Members,
We are excited to announce that the community pool is now open for the 2026 summer season. The pool will be open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool is for use by dues paying members and their non-resident guests. Homeowners must be present at the pool with their guests. Please refer to “Pool Rules” for more information.
