Dear Magnolia Walk HOA Members
Spring is here and it is that time of the year, where we need to revitalize the outside (and maybe inside) of our homes. This is the best time to get ahead of weed control. A good antiweed and fertilizer treatment now will help combat the spring weed blossom.
HOA Board members will be conducting our walk-through of the neighborhood to see what needs to be done to spruce up our community and comply with our covenants and bylaws.
If there is work to be done in your yard, you will get a warning notice. If work is not done within a reasonable time, you will get a violation notice. If you do not address them in a timely manner, the HOA Board will take action which may include a fine, a suspension of HOA membership, placing a lien on the property and/or referring the issue to our contracted law firm for the appropriate legal action.
Please get a jump on this early. You can look at your home to see if it needs trees trimmed; bushes cut back; fence and driveway power washed; lawn treated for weeds; exposed ground and tree roots covered with mulch, pine straw, etc.; house painted; fence stained or painted; mailbox repaired and/or painted, etc.
