The Community Pool is Now Open for the Summer

We’re excited to let you know that the community pool is now open for the season.
Come enjoy the sunshine, cool off, and make the most of the summer with friends and neighbors. We look forward to seeing you there!
POOL RULES (Extracted from Magnolia Walk HOA's Pool Rule document located in our website)
Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
Non-potty-trained children must wear swimming diapers (such as little swimmers by Huggies) or plastic
pants. Regular diapers are NOT allowed in the pool.
Please note: The Health Department requires the pool to be closed for 24 hours if an accident occurs
in the pool. Do not enter the pool area anytime a closed sign is posted.
Homeowners must have their assigned amenities key with them while in the pool area.
An adult, at least 18 years of age, must accompany children under the age of 12 at the pool.
The gates to the pool are to remain locked at all times. Use your key for access and DO NOT prop the gates
open or give your key to others.
Persons with skin, eye, ear, or nasal infections or open sores and cuts, or communicable disease should not
enter the pool.
No animals or pets are allowed in the pool or pool areas.
No running, diving, rough play, pushing or shoving in pool area. Please be aware of younger children.
Skates, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, etc. are not allowed in the pool area.
No spitting, spouting of water, blowing nose, etc. allowed in the pool.
No glass, sharp objects, hard plastic containers or hazardous materials allowed in or around the pool areas.
If at any time there is lightning or thunder, everyone is to get out of the pool immediately.
Anyone showing signs of intoxication will be asked to leave the pool area.
No profane or abusive language will be tolerated.
Radios / CD / Tape players should be played at volumes that do not disturb others.
Nudity is not tolerated in the pool area, children included.
In the event of an emergency, please call 911.
Everyone must clean up after himself or herself. Trashcans are located in and around the amenity areas for
trash.
Cigarette butts should be disposed of properly in the ash containers provided.
Do not leave floats or pool toys at the pool. Personal items left at the pool will be disposed of.
Homeowners are limited to four guests per home without prior approval from the Board of Directors.
The pool is for use by dues paying members and their non-resident guests. Homeowners must be present at
the pool with their guests.
