Dear Magnolia Walk HOA Member,
Just a friendly reminder that the annual HOA fees are due by January 31, 2024. An invoice has been sent to your email address registered in our HOA website. Please make your check for $687.00, payable to Magnolia Walk HOA and mail it to:

Other options to make payment:
1. Drop your check into our secured mailbox located by the pool/tennis courts at 1125 Havenbrook Court., or
2. Paying via Zelle, please choose
board@magnoliawalk.org, as contact to send money to the Magnolia Walk HOA. Select Checking account.
Payments made after January 31, 2024, will be assessed a 10% penalty or $68.70.
