REMINDER – Magnolia Walk HOA Board of Directors Election for 2/2021 to 2/2023 Term

Dear Magnolia Walk HOA Member – PLEASE VOTE
Here is a short version of the voting procedure:
- Step 1. Use this link to download the ballot. => 2021 Board Election Ballot
- Step 2. Select 3 candidates
- Step 3. Please print your name, address and e-mail address, and sign the form.
- Step 4. Your e-mail address must match the e-mail address in our database, otherwise, it will be considered invalid.
- Step 5. Please scan the signed form (ballot page only) or take a picture with your smart phone and e-mail it to the MW HOA Board of Directors at => firstname.lastname@example.org
You must submit your completed ballot no later than 5:00PM, Thursday February 11, 2021.
We need a minimum of 23 votes to have a virtual quorum. As of 8:00PM today (February 9th), we have received 7 votes.
