Parking on the Street
Posted on Aug 16th, 2018

Parking on the street is a safety concern and potentially impacts the value of our homes.  Parking on the street at Magnolia Walk presents a safety concern for homeowners and emergency vehicles passing through.  Our covenants, which you agreed to when you purchased your home at Magnolia Walk, prohibits the parking of vehicles on the street for more than 6 hours in any 24-hour period.  The Board of Directors is asking everyone to cooperate and help enforce this rule. We think this is the preferred approach oppose to levying fines.  If you notice vehicles parked on the street for extended periods of time (i.e., 6 hours or more) please contact a member of the Board or use the website under “Members” and then “Submit a Concern”.  We encourage everyone to park vehicles (yours and/or visitor’s vehicle) inside your garage or driveway.  We assume that any vehicle parked on the street and in front of your house for 6 hours or more in a 24-hour period, is either your vehicle or you have authorized the parking.
